   I do not know but you might try Mexico, South America. Embryonic stem cell Therapy is legal in Chile or Argentina, I think, so they might have legalized steroids under certain conditions. Also doctors might prescribe it if you have a muscular disorder. My docs prescribed HGH for me and I bought them through a mail order catalogue.
