I am currently taking Protein, Creatine, Anabolic Pump and NOshotgun…..was looking for a better anabolic i like the anabolic pump when it says you can gain up to 6 pounds in 2 days it means 6 pounds in 2 days!! and i have pretty good gains but i want a better anabolic supplement and i have heard and seen "ANABOLIC HALO" I heard it was one of the best on the market i just need to know if you guys have tried it and would it show up on a drug test??

I am taking Muscle Milk and multi vitamins now. My friends take NO-Xplode and other NO products. I was thinking of taking something like NO-Xplode, a form of HGH, or some type of anabolic supplement (not steroids of course). I am just looking for something to help me gain some mass, and provide a little more energy. I already eat very healthy. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You could hang around at a body building gym i am sure you could get hold of some - althoguh you have no guarantee that what you would get would be steroids.
However the side effects of these are nasty and life threatening.Check out

I would like to get an idea of peoples initial thoughts on what they think of the sport of female bodybuilding in general. What first comes to mind when you hear about the subject?
It depends. I'm all for it when it comes to the more "natural" form of the sport. To me, nothing is more awesome than to see a woman who breaks the barriers with her own free will and becomes successful. However, just like with men, when taken to extremes it's not something I find attractive. For me, bodybuilding is about accentuating the human form to it's max potential as well as enhancing overall fitness, not just how big and tankish a person can get through unnatural means.
I wish there were more women in the sport and more and more women (and men for that matter) are starting to take a more healthy approach to bodybuilding. To me, there is nothing sexier in this world that a fit woman pumping some iron.

I am 13 years old and I really want to start bodybuilding. Its been a big dream of mine to have muscles like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Because of my age, what is the best way to start training? Thankyou!
At your age I would start out using bodyweight exercises. Pushups, situps, pullups, dips, etc. Get good and strong on these before you move onto lifting weights.
